Onto mortgage has been excellent. Every one has been nice and very helpful! They have great response times and keep you on track and up to date through out the entire process. I've had the pleasure of working with Chris, Catalina and a few others and they have been exceptional! Incredibly responsible and professional group, I would highly recommend working with them!

Working with OnTo Mortgage throughout our home buying journey was an amazing experience. Every rep we worked with was knowledgeable, thorough, and very timely. Whenever we requested an updated pre-approval letter, we had it within a day, and often sooner. When we finally had an offer accepted, the process could not have been smoother. Everything was explained and all our questions were answered. We had a tight timeline in order to get everything situated before our vacation that was directly prior to closing, and our loan officer, Melissa, worked hard to ensure we had everything we needed before we left. Email and text responses were prompt, and they all made it a very stress free process. I cannot recommend OnTo enough!

Onto Mortgage made what is typically a stressful and long process seamless and quick. From getting preapproved, going though the application, underwriting, and closing they always had our best interests in mind. Shout out to Ed and Judi especially, they were a genuine pleasure to work with! We went from offer accepted to closing in less than a month thanks to Onto Mortgage. We couldn’t haven’t asked for better as first time home buyers. No doubt we’re using them again for any future needs.

These guys are the best. Chris, Rick, and the OnTo team guided us through our first-home-buyer experience, and we can't imagine it any other way. We had months between selling our place and closing on new construction. Onto kept us apprised of what we needed to do, checked in regularly, and made sure our file was always up to date. They were proactive without being pushy! There was a change is staff over the course of the 5+ months, and they handled that proactively and professionally as well. The final days before closing were unusually chaotic due to issues on the builder's side, and Onto's team really helped push things through so we could close - the day before Thanksgiving! Highly recommend this team.
