Stacy began working in the mortgage industry in Accounting Department at a local credit union. Soon after the VP of the Lending Department approached her and asked if she would be interested in a Mortgage Processing job. Saying yes to this role was the best career move she could have ever made. She was a Processor for 9 years, an Underwriter for 4 years, then the Underwriting Manager for 8 years.
Underwriting has always been her favorite part of Lending. She said, “It’s like a puzzle, putting the pieces together and helping people complete, what is likely, the biggest transaction of their lifetime”.
When asked which of OnTo’s core values resonates most with her, she said The Count On Each Other. Being part of a Team is the key to a smooth mortgage process.
My favorite hobbies outside of work are watching football & hockey and running road races.
Stacy was born in Newport, RI, and lives in Middletown, RI.
