Heidi was welcomed into the mortgage industry back in 2001, by a client of hers working in a small salon in a suburban Massachusetts town. 20 years later she has found herself in the role of Operations Manager leading the team in the production of our loan closing success.
Her favorite part of this role is problem-solving and being able to count on the team to be accountable for our clients and partners.
Heidi enjoys watching her two daughters play softball and spending time at her happy place in Maine and golfing.
