Crystal began working in the mortgage industry after making a leap from Salon Management into Retail Banking. After her time working in retail banking, she moved over to the mortgage department. Now at OnTo Mortgage, this will be her 2-year working in the mortgage industry.
Her favorite part of working at OnTo is the Team! She said, “everyone is always willing to jump in and help”. The Core Value that resonates most with her is counting on each other. She has come from other companies where it is not so easy to get an answer or assistance with an issue. Here at ONTO no matter what position is held, everyone is always willing to help, jump in and get what we need to be done to ensure the client is happy.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking & spending time with friends/family.
Crystal is from Lynn, MA but currently resides in Bradford, MA
